Yes. We've worked with our partners to ensure our products are ethically sourced and manufactured with 100% pure Mongolian goat cashmere - from fibre to finished product, under one roof.

How should I care for my cashmere?

The common misconception about cashmere due to its premium material is that they should never be washed or only to be washed rarely. In order to maintain cashmere, it is important that it's washed on a regular basis.

How to wash using washing machine: To wash cashmere in your washing machine, set your washing machine to the delicate or wools cycle with cold water and add a laundry shampoo that's suitable for cashmere. Lay flat to dry.

How to hand wash: To wash by hand, simply add cold water to a clean wash basin, pour in a laundry shampoo suitable for cashmere, submerge your item and agitate with your fingers. Leave to soak for 30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly without wringing the garment. Lay flat to dry. 

We recommend using cold water when washing cashmere to prevent shrinking.

Frequency: On your initial 3-4 wears/use, we recommend washing every 2-3 wears. And washing as needed after the initial period. After this initial wear/wash period, the short length cashmere fibre will be washed out and the garment will become super resistant to pilling.

North American shipping rates are calculated at checkout for order totals below $150 and free on orders greater than $150. All products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

All shipping rates in Europe and Asia are calculated at checkout.

Am I able to return or exchange my product(s)?

All embroidered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item is defective or damaged and you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for further information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What are my options if there is a problem with my order?

 Please contact us us as soon as possible if you've found a problem with your order and we will work to resolve any issues.

Can I change my personalization after I've already ordered?

An embroidered monogram personalization cannot be changed once an order is completed.
