We currently ship internationally to North America, Europe, and Asia with Canada Post.
North American shipping rates are calculated at checkout for order totals below $100 and free on orders greater than $100.
All shipping rates in Europe and Asia are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible to pay for all related customs duties and taxes. All products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Returns & Exchanges
All embroidered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item is defective or damaged and you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. Our Return Policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
